Dreambuilder Custom Homes is pleased to announce that Dreambuilder Ten has sold — marking the sale of both Dreambuilder homes in The Sanctuary sold before they were completed.
“We are very happy with the sale of Dreambuilder Ten,” said Shawn Starr, Dreambuilder president. “The family loved the roominess, the open floorplan and the thoughtfulness of design that went into the home. Additionally, they were excited to exercise the option to enclose the upstairs loft into a fifth bedroom.”
The flexibility of Dreambuilder Ten was of great appeal to the buyers. Constructing one wall turned the loft into a bedroom, creating four bedrooms upstairs for the entire family. This allowed use of the downstairs study as an office and the downstairs guest bedroom as a craft room. The beautiful lake views from nearly all rooms was also a bonus.
