We just recently broke ground on Dreambuilder 16, our second home in Avalon. It’s due to be completed this summer. Dreambuilder 15, our first home in Avalon, has already sold.
Avalon generated much popularity due to its proximity to ocean — only two blocks away and an easy five-minute walk. Dreambuilder 15 is a gorgeous, Shingle-style home reminiscent of the coastal homes of Cape Cod, and featuring luxuries such as hardwood floors, quartz countertops, GE Profile appliances, energy-saving features and much more.
