Dreambuilder 18

Dreambuilder 18

Dreambuilder Custom Homes is pleased to announce the recent completion of Dreambuilder 18, our new custom home located in prestigious Pablo Creek Reserve, a gated community in the Intracoastal West area of Jacksonville.  Custom designed from scratch for David and Lindsay Rosas, Dreambuilder 18 is an authentic farmhouse modernized for today’s family.

When the Rosas first approached Dreambuilder, they were interested in a more Mediterranean-styled home.  Upon driving through the community, however, we noticed a large number of existing Mediterranean homes and a fewer number of homes in other styles.  Working with the Rosas, we came to the farmhouse style as one that would drive the lifestyle the Rosas were looking for:  beauty, casual living, earthy finishes and the feeling of ‘hearth and home’, while providing space for their growing family as well as lifestyle activities the Rosas enjoy. Dreambuilder 16: Now under construction in Avalon

Tuesday, March 26th, 2013

The Cromer family will be retiring in style when they move to Jacksonville Beach and into their new Dreambuilder custom home!

Dreambuilder 16, located two blocks from the ocean, is a 2700 SF home located next door to Dreambuilder 15, the custom home we built last year.  Over the past few months, we’ve been working with the Cromers to design a beach cottage to suit their lifestyle, and we share their excitement as we break ground.

Progress pictures will be coming soon to our Facebook page; but in the meantime you can see the floorplan and a summary of features in our Dream Home Gallery.  You can also find out more about the fantastic neighborhood of Avalon.
