Dreambuilder Custom Homes is excited to announce that we recently began construction on Dreambuilder 17, an oceanfront home in Jacksonville Beach.
Dreambuilder 17 is a three-story, 3,400 SF home custom-designed for Matt and Alexis Kane and their family. Dreambuilder assisted the Kanes from the very beginning, including consulting with them on lot selection and connecting them with Realtor Sherri Beno to negotiate the transaction. Dreambuilder then assembled a team of professionals to bring the Kanes’ project to life, including architects, engineers, coastal consultants and interior designers, all working together to enable the Kanes’ vision for their home.
