2011 First Coast Remodelers Awards: Given annually in a variety of categories by the Northeast Florida Builders Association, the First Coast Remodelers Awards recognizes excellence in remodeling, renovations and design. A winner and a runner-up is selected in each category. Entering for the first time, all three of Dreambuilder’s entries placed: Dreambuilder Nine, a master bath remodel, won its category, and Dreambuilder Twelve and Thirteen, two kitchen remodels, were each selected as the runner-up in their categories.
